Please note that a restricted access (1 hour) to the Thermes (Pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi) is available from Monday til Friday with an extra cost of 15eur (not 30).

The amazing location that I have known for many years.
The rooms we rent for my mom 83, my husband and I at the first floor were outdated. The bathroom was not « easy to use for an older person. A high bath tub (even with a safety tool to hold) was really impossible to be used. Too dangerous and risk to fall. Why can’t you update the rooms with nice modern shower like my friends who stayed at the 4 th floor ???? We paid more than them. 264 Euros for our « outdated » bathroom and qt arrival the light bulbs were off. 2 out of 4 .. not great to put make up on. One of your staff member came to replace one bulb.. while I was out of shower Also the very OLD hairdryer hanging on the bathroom wall.. come on ???? to keep your high standard being at a top location, please revise your price according to your rooms. Thanks!!!

Very Good
Met our expectations.
No where to sit and enjoy the lake view especially in summer monthes, except inside restaurant. Would benefit from a nice seating area outside with a lake view infront of hotel not a seating area in the dingy inside courtyard as it is now.Really dont know why its called chateau du lac when you dont optimse the customers view of the lake.
